A320 First Officer Line Training with Confirmed Job

The Airbus A320 family consists of short- to medium-range, narrow-body, commercial passenger jet airliners manufactured by Airbus. The aircraft family can accommodate up to 220 passengers and has a range of 3,100 to 12,000 km (1,700 to 6,500 nmi), depending on model. It ranked as the world's fastest-selling jet airliner family according to records from 2005 to 2007, and as the best-selling single-generation aircraft program. The A320 family has proved popular with airlines, specifically low-cost carriers.

This program gives selected pilots the unique opportunity to get trained and gain experience operating as a First Officer in an airline environment. MSD Aviation will provide placement for Pilots successful in the training. . The package includes the Type Rating, Line Training and direct placement with our partner Airline.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

1. Valid ICAO/EASA/JAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multiengine Ratings
2. Frozen ATPL
3. Valid First Class Medical
4. No flight time requirements
5. No minimum age requirements

 

PROCESS:

 

1. Window of application is open.
2. Pre-approval based on resume and relevant documents. Upon acceptance from Airline, candidates will be contacted for further processing.
3. If the documentations fulfil all requirements, candidates need to appear for interview by either Skype round or by travelling to the designated location for personal interview with the Airline officials. If qualified, offer letters will be extended to the selected candidates. 
4. 2-3 months waiting period to join the program upon acceptance of Letter of Intent from MSD Aviation. 
5. Successful candidates need to report to Airline location three weeks prior to the start of the program for Airlaw exam, Familiarization Training & other formalities. Candidates need to bear all travel & living expenses prior to starting the Type Rating.
6. Type Rating to be done at the selected location by our partner Airlines.
7. Candidates successful in Type Rating will immediately proceed for the Line Training. 
8. Upon successful completion of Line Training, Pilots will sign a 3/5 years contract.

 

PAYMENT PLAN:

 

1. Interview Date will be informed after acceptance of application. Travel & accommodation cost for appearing in the interview has to be borne by the Pilot. 
2. Program cost to be shared upon receipt of application. 
3. Interested Candidates need to reserve their slot for the interview by submitting required booking fee. (Refundable in case of rejection in the interview) 
4. Remaining payment needs to be made within 2 weeks of receipt of Letter of Intent from MSD Aviation. Offer might be revoked in case the payment is not made within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.

 

BENEFITS

 

1. Accommodation & Ground Transportation during Type Rating to be provided.
2. Pilots are responsible for their living expenses at their home base but will receive assistance from the airline to locate housing. During overnights while on duty, airline covers hotel expenses, meals and transportation.
3. Base location shall be South Asia. Salary structure & other terms shall be disclosed upon confirmation of interest.
